Job Description
Were Hiring Quality Analyst || Technical Process || Gurgaon
- Process: Technical Support
What Youll Do:
- Monitor and evaluate calls to ensure service excellence & process adherence
- Identify training opportunities and provide actionable feedback
- Conduct performance audits and RCA for quality deviations
- Prepare detailed weekly & monthly quality reports
- Collaborate with operations & training teams to improve customer journey
What Were Looking For:
- Minimum 13 years of QA experience in a technical process (Voice/Non-Voice)
- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication & soft skills
- Knowledge of QA tools, quality frameworks & calibration processes
- Ready to work in rotational shifts & week offs
