Quality Analyst Tools Architect - Assistant Vice President

We’re looking for a SDLC QA Tools Architect who will oversee evaluation and implementation of QA tools, ensuring the tools capabilities are implemented in line with enterprise strategy and vision. This role requires a strong background in quality assurance and hands on tasks with automation implementation and integration with DevOPs tools on infrastructure set up and cloud services (AWS and Azure)

Experience: 15+ years in software development, QA, or automation roles, with a focus on tools management

QA Tools Architect you will

• Work with DevOps to maintain or set up infra needed for the tools
• Implement the tools with application teams
• Work on the vision and roadmap for tool development, aligning with overall business goals.
• Lead initiatives related to the migration of tools to cloud platforms,
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in automation tools.
• Leverage QA expertise to establish testing protocols and ensure high-quality product releases.
• Act as primary contact for all tool-related inquiries and issues.
• Work with DevOps team to migrate tools to cloud infrastructure.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business, developer, QA, and vendors to gather requirements and ensure successful implementation.
• Oversee the implementation and integration of tools in SDLC within the organization
• Develop training materials and conduct workshops to promote tool adoption.

Must have Skills

Strong background in quality assurance, including testing methodologies and best practices.

Strong understanding of automation frameworks and tools implemted across different types of testing like UI, API, E2E (e.g., Selenium, Tosca, Postman,JMeter)

Integrating automaiton framework with DevOps tool Jenkins, Harness

Familiarity with Agile methodologies, JIRA product and product development life cycle.

Experience in cloud migration projects (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, etc.).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.

Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
