Learn more about Audit & Assurance PracticeYour work profileAs a Senior Consultant in our Emerging ERP Team youll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations: -Quality AnalystCandidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of product quality, identifying defects, and implementing solutions to enhance our processes. The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to guarantee that our products meet customer expectations and regulatory requirements. Below are some of key responsibilities:1.Quality Assurance:oDevelop and implement quality assurance processes and methodologies.oConduct thorough testing of products to identify and document defects.oEnsure that all products comply with established quality standards and regulations.2.Testing and Evaluation:oPerform manual and automated testing to evaluate product functionality, performance, and reliability.oAnalyze test results to identify trends and patterns in quality issues.oWork closely with development teams to resolve defects and improve product quality.3.Performance Testing (preferred):oDesign, develop, and execute performance tests using tools such as JMeter and LoadRunner.oDefine Non-Functional Requirements (NFR) and create detailed performance test scripts.oPrepare and present test estimations and performance test plans to stakeholders.oConduct bottleneck analysis and generate comprehensive reports on performance test results.oUtilize Application Performance Management (APM) tools to monitor and analyze application performance.4.Process Improvement:oIdentify opportunities for process improvements and provide recommendations.oImplement best practices for quality assurance and testing.oMonitor and report on quality metrics, ensuring continuous improvement.5.Documentation and Reporting:oCreate and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts.oDocument and track defects, providing clear and concise reports to stakeholders.oPrepare comprehensive quality reports and present findings to management.6.Collaboration:oWork collaboratively with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand product requirements and specifications.oParticipate in design and code reviews to provide quality-related feedback.oAssist in training and mentoring team members on quality assurance practices.Primary Skillset:Proven experience as a Quality Analyst or similar role in software development.Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.Experience with manual and automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, JIRA, TestRail).Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Secondary Skillset:Certification in Quality Assurance (e.g., ISTQB, CSTE) is a plus.Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.Familiarity with programming languages and scripting (e.g., Java, Python).Experience in Performance Testing with Tools such JMeter and LoadRunnerDesired qualificationsQualifications: Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field with at least 6 - 8 years relevant experience.Location and way of workingBase location: PAN IndiaThis profile involves occasional travelling to client locations OR this profile does not involve extensive travel for work.Hybrid is our default way of working.
