We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Quality Analyst - Sales to monitor, evaluate, and enhance the quality of our sales interactions and processes.

Role Overview

The Quality Analyst - Sales will be responsible for assessing sales calls, identifying improvement opportunities, ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal standards, and driving quality excellence across the sales function. This role requires strong domain understanding of mutual funds along with sharp analytical and auditing skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and audit sales calls, chats, and client interactions for quality, accuracy, and compliance.
• Evaluate sales conversations against defined quality parameters, scripts, and regulatory standards.
• Provide structured feedback and coaching inputs to sales teams to improve performance.
• Identify trends, knowledge gaps, and training needs through quality analysis.
• Ensure adherence to financial product guidelines and compliance requirements.
• Prepare QA reports, scorecards, dashboards, and performance insights for management review.
• Collaborate with training, sales, and compliance teams to enhance overall sales quality.

Ideal Candidate

• 3+ years of experience in Sales Quality / QA roles within financial services.
• Strong Mutual Fund domain knowledge is mandatory.
• Understanding of sales processes, compliance requirements, and customer interaction standards.
• Experience in call auditing, calibration sessions, and quality frameworks.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data and conversations.
• Excellent communication, observation, and feedback delivery skills.
• Detail-oriented with a structured and process-driven approach.
