Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Analyst Prompts & Product Features to ensure the quality, reliability, and empathy of AI-driven voice and conversational products in healthcare environments. This role focuses on validating prompt behavior, testing product features, and identifying gaps across real-world patient scenarios.
Key Responsibilities
- Test AI voice agent conversations across diverse patient and healthcare scenarios
- Evaluate prompt quality for accuracy, clinical relevance, tone, and empathy
- Identify, document, and track edge cases, defects, and failure modes
- Design and execute test cases for new product features, enhancements, and integrations
- Monitor live agent performance and proactively flag quality or compliance issues
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and AI teams to improve prompt and feature reliability
Skills & Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Quality Assurance or software testing
- Prior exposure to conversational AI, voice agents, chatbots, or AI-driven products is preferred
- Strong attention to detail with a structured and methodical testing mindset
- Ability to understand and validate healthcare workflows (e.g., appointments, patient interactions, EMR-related flows)
- Comfortable working in ambiguous, evolving AI product environments
- Excellent written communication skills for creating clear bug reports and test documentation
