Quality Analyst – PEA (French Market)

Role & Key Responsibilities:

• Specialized Monitoring: Conduct quality evaluations focusing on the accuracy of information provided regarding PEA requirements for opening/maintaining, transfer rules, and tax benefits/penalties on closure.
• Reconciliation Audits: Review and validate specialist handling of data reconciliation skills, specifically auditing the resolution of discrepancies in contributions vs. executed amounts and the accuracy of transfer values and instrument eligibility.
• Regulatory Compliance Check : Audit interactions for compliance with the French investment product regulations and the proper management of escalations around regulatory questions.
• Process Improvement: Analyse monitoring results to identify systemic issues and training needs related to the team's ability to troubleshoot savings plan executions and manage inability to explain basic savings plan mechanics.
• Calibration & Standardization: Participate in and lead calibration sessions to standardize scoring on complex product topics and ensure consistent application of the AMF framework for PEA.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 23 year in a Quality Analyst role within Financial Services, with practical experience auditing support for product lifecycle management or recurring investment products.
• Mandatory Domain Knowledge: Must understand PEA product structure and experience with reviewing and validating execution logs for savings plans.
• Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, strong analytical and numerical proficiency, and clear written communication.

Key skills and knowledge:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of Banking operations & Taxation (European Market preferred)
• Should be willing to work in shifts along with the team in customer business time
• Should be a good team player with willingness to learn and drive to achieve

Work Environment and Conditions:

• The role is based in an office environment
• 5 Days a week with rostered off
