Job Title: Quality Analyst Business Development Team

Location: Bangalore, Koramangala

Experience: Minimum 1year in Inside Sales/Business Development (US/UK Markets)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Analyst to support our Business Development team in ensuring the highest level of performance, communication standards, and client engagement. This role will play a crucial part in enhancing team effectiveness, monitoring lead engagement quality, and identifying areas for continuous improvement in our business development practices.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and evaluate BD team interactions (calls, emails, proposals) to ensure adherence to sales processes, communication standards, and overall client experience.
  • Audit discovery calls, presentations, and follow-ups to assess alignment with business goals and customer needs.
  • Review and assess proposal responses and RFP documentation for quality, customization, and value proposition.
  • Collaborate with BD team members to enhance outreach strategies, pipeline management, and client nurturing efforts.
  • Identify training needs and conduct feedback sessions to improve performance metrics and communication effectiveness.
  • Track KPIs and conversion metrics to analyze trends, spot gaps, and implement corrective measures.
  • Provide inputs on sales strategy refinement and help maintain best practices across outreach, negotiation, and closing activities.
  • Maintain documentation of quality standards, audit outcomes, and improvement initiatives.
  • Support in ensuring that CRM and lead tracking systems are accurately updated and maintained.


Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Minimum1 year of experience in inside sales or business development for the US/UK market with revenue-based responsibilities.
  • Strong understanding of sales pipelines and lead management across short/mid/long-term goals.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to assess and enhance BD team interactions.
  • Skilled in client discovery and proposal review with a strategic, empathetic mindset. Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative, target-driven team.
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to continuous quality improvement.
  • Understanding of B2B industry trends, market dynamics, and customer drivers
