Job Summary: The Quality Analyst will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance in healthcare services. This role involves analyzing data, identifying areas for improvement, providing feedback and implementing strategies to enhance patient care and operational efficiency.
What you will do:
- Conduct regular audits and assessments of healthcare processes and services to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement and provide strategic solutions to optimize performance
- Collaborate with operation teams to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives.
- Provide training and support to staff on quality assurance practices and procedures.
- Prepare and present reports on quality findings and recommendations to management.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends, regulations, and best practices in healthcare.
- Identify and address discrepancies to ensure accuracy
- Provide detailed feedback to enhance team performance
- Perform RCA & prepare CAPA
- Participate in process calibration to ensure standardization and quality.
- Maintain a minimum production involvement to support operational efficiency
What you will need:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in US Healthcare hospital billing & should be a quality analyst on paper.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Resourceful, excellent organization skills, and demonstrated ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and quality.
