Manage overall training requirements ensure sufficient training resources are available to roll out required new hire induction and Microsoft program training. Responsible for ensuring process documentation is in place and kept up to date. Maintain knowledge base for seamless onboarding of new team members. Define measurement concept for training success to allow to track new hire learning curve
Responsibilities
Undergo process training to be certified as Subject Matter Expert
Manage overall training requirements ensure sufficient training resources are available to roll out required new hire induction and Microsoft program training. Responsible for ensuring process documentation is in place and kept up to date. Maintain knowledge base for seamless onboarding of new team members. Define measurement concept for training success to allow to track new hire learning curve
Prepare TI Training Impact Analysis which gives us a detailed description of how useful was the training provided
Drive refresher and policy update plan based on production needs
Identify risks proactively and recommend mitigation approaches
Ok to work in 24X7 work environment Flexible to extend the shift hours during Peak and Non Peak seasons
Awareness of basic accounting concepts
Proficient English communication Written and Verbal skills
Ability to multi task and work autonomously within team environment
Ability to research issues or problems and provide a solution based approach
Quick learning and understanding of Microsoft Procedures
Expert knowledge of Excel
Connect and provide highest level of satisfaction to the customer
Development and deployment of continuous audit training Internal auditors and Operations
