Job Title: Quadient Solution Architect – End-to-End Customer Communications Management (CCM) Program Lead
Location: Chennai, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Pune, Delhi
Experience: 12+ Years
Skill Set: Quadient (Quadient Inspire, Quadient Dynamic Communication, Quadient Scaler, Quadient Designer)
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Quadient-based CCM transformation programs across multiple phases – planning, design, build, migration, test, and deployment.
· Required Skills & Experience:
Strong hands-on expertise in Quadient Inspire platform including all key modules (Designer, Interactive, Scaler, Dynamic Communication).
Experience in program management or technical leadership roles, driving end-to-end delivery.
Deep understanding of customer communication strategy, template design, and document life cycle.
Strong knowledge of print/mail/email/SMS workflows, accessibility standards, and regulatory needs.
Integration experience with APIs, Web Services.
Legacy CCM Migration & Modernization experience
