The plant specializes in end-to-end manufacturing processes including press forming, CNC machining, polishing, plating, and assembly of stainless steel, titanium, BMG, and other premium materials. Job Details The Engineer - Quality Engineering Department (QED) plays a critical role in ensuring that watch cases meet Titan's high-quality standards through every stage of the manufacturing process. This role involves a blend of technical expertise and problem-solving to identify quality risks, implement inspection controls, and drive corrective and preventive actions. The engineer will work closely with cross-functional teams-including design, production, and suppliers-to monitor process performance, improve product quality, and support new product validations. The role also demands strong analytical capabilities, documentation rigor, and a proactive mindset to lead continuous improvement initiatives across both in-house and vendor processes

  • Supplier & Incoming Quality Management Develop incoming inspection standards for new components.
  • Work with suppliers on quality improvement projects (SPC, process control, etc.).
