QC Manager Drug/Pharma Testing Laboratory

Experience: 10+ years in pharmaceutical or analytical testing laboratories

Role Summary:

Lead the Quality Control (QC) operations of EFRACs Drug/Pharma Testing Laboratory. Ensure analytical accuracy, regulatory compliance, and adherence to ISO 17025, GLP, and CDSCO guidelines. Oversee method validation, instrument performance (HPLC, GC-MS/MS, LC-MS/MS, ICP-MS), and data integrity across all testing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise QC team, review analytical data, manage OOS/OOT results, and implement CAPA.
• Maintain documentation, SOPs, method validation records, and audit readiness.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 17025, NABL, and drug regulatory standards.
• Drive continuous improvement, training, and cross-functional coordination.

Candidate Profile:

• B.Sc/M.Sc. in Chemistry/Bio Technology /B.Pharm/ M.Pharm, Pharmaceutical or Analytical Sciences.
• Minimum 10 years QC experience in a drug or analytical testing environment.
• Strong knowledge of instrumentation, method validation, and regulatory audits.
• Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
