QC Engineer/ Team Lead

Job Description: QC Engineer for UHP Systems (Pressure, Moisture, Oxygen, Particle & 3rd Party Validation)

This role ensures ultra-high purity (UHP) gas and chemical piping systems in solar PV and semiconductor MEP facilities meet stringent contamination and performance standards through precise testing and validation.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform on-site testing for Ultra High Purity gas and chemical systems fro pressure leak decay test, Helium leak detection (<10^-9 m bar l/sec), moisture (H2O <10 ppb), oxygen (O2 <1 ppb), and particle counts (0.1m <10/ft) per SEMI standards.
• Conduct 3rd party validation & testing and compliance audits for fab tool hookups.
• Maintain QA/QC documentation: test protocols, calibration records for gauges/analyzers varied testing equipments and handover packages.
• Familiar with Semi std, Semicon Fab installation & Testing experience.

Required Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical/Chemical Engineering with 3-5 years in UHP QC for semiconductors/solar MEP, familiar with SEMI standards (gas purity) and cleanroom protocols.
