Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive QC & Billing Engineer for civil and interior fitouts to join our growing team and support ongoing construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure quality control for civil works and interior fit-outs as per drawings, specifications, and approved standards
• Conduct site inspections for finishing works, MEP coordination, and interiors
• Prepare and verify RA bills, final bills, BOQs, and measurement sheets for civil & interior works
• Check subcontractor and vendor bills for accuracy
• Maintain QC documentation, checklists, and reports
• Coordinate with site, accounts, and project teams for timely billing

Requirements

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
• 2-5 years of relevant experience in civil construction and interior fit-outs (Mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of QC procedures and billing processes
• Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and billing documentation
• High attention to detail and accuracy

Preferred

• Experience in residential/commercial projects
• Knowledge of IS codes and quality testing procedures
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Hyderabad-based candidates preferred
