Experience Range: 6 to 8

Location: Hyderabad

Must Have Skills:

• Strong hands-on in Infor M3 technical stack and integration patterns.
• Experience integrating QAD and/or MAPICS (Infor XA) with modern platforms.
• Hands on Implementation experience in QAD CORE Modules Sales and Distribution, Finance, Manufacturing
• Preferably - QAD SE / EE versions on Cloud Implementation Experience
• Experience in building Integrations with other applications
• Experience in Data Migration and cutover from Legacy application to QAD
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage, interact with business users and other application teams.
• Provide trainings, to Key / end users and update documentation in local language (Japanese)
• QAD ADD on Module knowledge such as AS, PES, EAM
• Willing to travel to plants during critical phases of the project execution
• Proficiency in Infor ION , MIE/MEC , Infor Data Lake , Infor OS ecosystem.
• Solid expertise in REST/SOAP , XML/JSON , EDI (X12/EDIFACT) , and data mapping .
• Working knowledge of DB2/Oracle/MS SQL ; ability to write efficient SQL and stored procedures.
• Scripting/development: Java , .NET , or Python for integration utilities and middleware glue.
• API testing and documentation tools: Swagger/OpenAPI , Postman .
• CI/CD and SCM: Git , Jenkins/Azure DevOps , environment promotion strategies.
• Performance tuning, error handling, and observability (logs, traces, dashboards).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management; experience in multi-system ERP landscapes.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Boomi , MuleSoft , Dell Boomi , or other iPaaS.
• Familiarity with IBM i (AS/400) ecosystem for MAPICS/Infor XA (RPG exposure is a plus).
• Knowledge of Infor M3 functional flows (Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance).
• Cloud experience (AWS/Azure) for hosting integration components.
