Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role with attractive stipend offered based in Navi Mumbai and New Delhi for QA Testers (Freshers/Trainees)-10 Positions & Business Development (Freshers)-3 Positions. As a QA Tester Trainee, responsibilities include executing software tests, creating test cases, and performing manual and automation testing to ensure product quality.

For Business Development Trainees, responsibilities involve market research, strategizing to generate leads, and fostering client relationships. Both roles involve cross-functional collaboration and contribute toward business and quality standards development.

Key Areas of Work

Quality Assurance Tester (Freshers/Trainees)- 10 Positions

• Functional testing
• Performance and load testing
• Application security testing
• Digital accessibility testing (WCAG compliance)
• Test case preparation, defect tracking, and reporting

Business Development Executive (Freshers)-3 Positions

• Identifying potential clients and business opportunities
• Supporting proposal preparation and client communication
• Conducting market research in areas such as software testing, cybersecurity, and digital accessibility compliance
• Coordinating with internal teams for business proposals and solutions

Eligibility Criteria

For QA Tester (Freshers/Trainees)

• BE / B.Tech (CS/EC)/BCA / MCA/B.Sc. IT / M.Sc. IT/MBA (IT/Systems/Business Analytics)
• Proficiency in English writing and speaking skills
• Strong Analytical Skills and Ability to work collaboratively
• Basic knowledge or experience with e-governance or IT testing standards is a plus

For Business Development Executive (Freshers)

• Graduate /BBA/MBA/equivalent qualification
• Proficiency in English writing and speaking skills
• Proficiency in local language communication
• Good interpersonal and presentation skills
• Basic knowledge or experience with e-governance or IT testing standards is a plus
