Role Description

• Deutsche bank’s Authorization & Access control team is part of the Identity and access management area within Chief Security Office (CSO). The team provides enterprise-wide central authorization solution for the bank.
• We are seeking a highly skills and experience QA test lead to join our Authorization & Access Control team. As a QA lead, you would be instrumental in driving the QA lifecycle, developing test strategies and leading a team towards delivering high quality software releases.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, execute tests, analyze, and report results, and work with the team to resolve defects for web applications and API endpoints (Manual and Test Automation Frameworks)
• Work closely with developers, product owners, and other team members to identify and prioritize test cases for automation.
• Participate in the review and improvement of test processes and methodologies and provide recommendations for automation and tooling improvements.
• Work independently and as part of a distributed/multi-location and if required manage team.
• Create test cases for edge cases, failure scenarios, and high-availability applications.
• Keep up to date with new testing tools, techniques, and technologies to improve overall testing quality.

Your skills and experience

• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Strong knowledge in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
• Strong knowledge in automated testing tools such as Postman, SOAP, Newman, or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge in frameworks like Selenium, WebdriverIO.
• Strong knowledge with performance testing & tools (e.g., JMeter, Gatling)
• Experience in testing cloud-based Java deployments.
• Experience in programming languages such as Java, SQL.
• Experience in CICD tools like TeamCity, GitHub Actions.
• Excellent test reporting skills.
• Able to control multiple assignments and to manage priorities.
