QA Specialist

Position: Automation QA Specialist

Experience - 10 -14 Years

Job Location- Pune (Hybrid) / Remote

Project Specific Work timing:

Person should be ready to work between 7 PM to 10.30 PM IST  as customer calls happen during this time period.

Once in every 3 months person will need to stay back and attend Planning increment meeting which go beyond 12  midnight for 5 days.

Person should have Selenium exp. Robot framework experience & Python programming knowledge- at least he/she is able to read the Python Code & write Test scripts for Automation

Must Have:

1. 10+ years of QA automation experience using various test automation frameworks and lead Automation projects

2. Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable automated test scripts using python and selenium.

3. Experience in testing both UI and web services (API’s)

4. Collaborate with the development team to integrate automated testing seamlessly into the continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipeline.

5. Good communication, analytical and problem-solving skills 

6. Experience in functional testing, knowledge of QA practices including Agile methodology 

7. Person should be able to work independently and also able to guide people technically

8. Selenium with Python experience

9. Git, SQL experience

10. Generating test data required to execute test cases.

11. Ability to lead a team

12. Experience working in Agile environment

Test Planning and Execution:

1. Develop comprehensive test plans based on project requirements and specifications.

2. Execute automated test suites and analyze results to identify and report defects.

3. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

4. Solid understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and techniques.

 
Collaboration:

1. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the software development lifecycle.

2. Strong communication and collaboration skills

3. Propose and implement improvements to the existing automated testing processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Good to have: 

1. Candidates having security and load testing knowledge is a plus.

2. Experience in integrating test suites in CICD pipeline.
