WE ARE HIRING | QA/QC MANAGER HIGHWAY / ROAD PROJECT (40 KM)

Location:Gujarat (Project Site)

Project Type:Road / Highway (Earthwork + GSB/WMM + DBM/BC + Drainage)

Job Type:Full-Time

Experience Required:10-15 Years

Joining:Immediate / 1530 Days

Job Role (Key Responsibilities):

Lead overallQA/QC systemfor 40 km road project

Ensure compliance withMoRTH / IRC / IS codes& project specifications

Managesite & lab testingfor:

Subgrade / embankment compaction

GSB / WMM gradation & density

Prime coat / tack coat

DBM / BC (temperature, gradation, bitumen %, density)

Coordinate withclient/PMC for inspections & approvals

Review and approvemethod statements, ITPs, checklists

Maintaintest registers, reports, NCR handling, corrective actions

Monitorasphalt plant quality control& batch consistency

Lead QC team:Lab Engineer, QC Engineers, Technicians, Helpers

Preparedaily/weekly QA reports & documentationfor billing support

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge ofhighway material testing & QA documentation

Hands-on experience infield + lab QA/QC

Knowledge ofpavement layers + bituminous works

Ability to handleclient audits, inspections & quality meetings

Qualification:

B.E./B.Tech (Civil) / Diploma (Civil) with strong QA/QC exposure
