Job Title: Technical Project Manager Automation Testing

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager with a strong background in Automation Testing and proven management skills . The ideal candidate will bring 11+ years of overall IT experience with significant hands-on expertise in test automation, project execution, and people management. This role requires excellent leadership, stakeholder communication, and the ability to drive end-to-end project delivery while ensuring high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage automation testing projects, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Developers, QA Engineers, Product Owners, Business Analysts) to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Establish and enforce test automation best practices, frameworks, and processes.
• Provide technical leadership in automation testing (Selenium, Java, API Testing, CI/CD integration).
• Manage project plans, risks, dependencies, and resources effectively.
• Ensure adherence to Agile/Scrum methodologies and conduct sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
• Mentor and guide teams to improve efficiency, quality, and professional growth.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring transparent communication on project progress and challenges.
• Track project metrics and present reports to senior management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 11+ years of total IT experience , with strong relevant experience in automation testing and project management.
• Proven expertise in test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, RestAssured, or similar).
• Solid knowledge of Java/Python scripting , API testing, and frameworks.
• Experience in integrating automation with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Git, etc.).
• Strong project management skills with experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent stakeholder management , communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight deadlines.
• PMP/PRINCE2/CSM certification (preferred but not mandatory).

Nice to Have

• Exposure to cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner).
• Previous experience managing distributed/offshore teams.
