Participates in the implementation of the quality standards based on the

DTS Quality Centre of Excellence (QE CoE) standards/guidance

Collaborates with Release Train Engineer (RTE), System Architect, and

Product Management to ensure quality goals are embedded in PI

(Program Increment) objectives.

Participate in PI Planning to align on testing scope, dependencies, and

capacity

Support sprint planning, ensuring test actives are included in sprint

commitments

Mentor QA Engineers, manual testers on quality engineering practices

Maintains solutions consistency throughout product cycle, to include the

design, define and build phases through quality checkpoints and testing

Organizes and manages regular meetings with Business partners,

Functional people, solutions teams & QA teams to cover testing activities

and follow the progress of testing tasks

Trains and/supervise QA teams, project teams and business counterpart

on quality procedures and tooling

Monitors quality testing and identifying gaps in the testing

Defines quality KPIs and metrics (e.g., defect density, test coverage,

automation rate).

Manages planning, supervises preparations & executions tasks

concerning all testing phases including data Management

Supervises defects, triage and life cycle with business counterpart &

solution teams and coordinates correction actions and signoffs

Defines, supervises and delivers quality reports, status and

documentation based on the standard DTS QE CoE testing strategy

Participates in the tooling assessment ac=vi=es to support the PlaYorms

& tooling Services team within QTS department
