QA Lead

Lead the QA process end-to-end, from planning to final release.

Work closely with Project Managers and Development Teams to ensure quality standards are met across all deliverables.

Plan, create, and execute manual and automated test cases for .NET and WordPress projects. Understand and manage deployment workflows in a multi-client setup.

Mentor, train, and guide junior QA team members to enhance overall team capability.

Identify process improvements and ensure best practices in QA methodology are implemented. Leverage automation testing frameworks to streamline testing efforts.

Apply basic CI/CD knowledge to integrate quality checks into deployment pipelines.

Maintain accurate documentation of test plans, test cases, and test results. Collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, agency environment to deliver projects on time without compromising quality.

Familiarity with Zoho tools for project tracking and collaboration is an added advantage.
