QA Lead

Job Description:

• Develop and implement comprehensive testing strategies for the project.
• Lead the QA team to ensure the functionality, scalability, and reliability of all delivered components.
• Define test cases, test plans, and coordinate testing activities.
• Collaborate with development, SREs, and automation teams to ensure testing is integrated into CI/CD pipelines.
• Perform root cause analysis and work with teams for defect resolution.
• CMMI, Quality Control (Testing), Quality assurance (MW - GSD & UCC)
• Proficiency in automated testing frameworks
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and integration with testing
• Familiarity with monitoring and log analysis using tools like ELK
• Strong foundation in API testing, security testing, and data validation
• Knowledge of SRE practices for reliability and resiliency
