Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for managing and coordinating the testing activities of a software project or program
Monitor the testing process and ensure that all testing activities are completed on time, within budget and with high quality.
Main point of contact for all test-related matters and works closely with developers, project managers and other stakeholders to ensure that the software meets requirements and standards.
A pronounced customer orientation, independent working methods and a high demand towards the quality of your work

Technical / business-unit specific skills and knowledge:

Proven experience as a Quality Manager or in similar roles in eCommerce or digital environments (agile and/ or waterfall)
Strong knowledge of testing methodologies & best practices
Strong ability to work in cross-functional and international teams, combined with an analytical mindset and a problem-solving attitude
3+ years of experience in Data Analytics / AI Projects
Very good knowledge of Data Analytics, Azure Devops
Basic knowledge of test automation and the tools commonly available on the market
Analytical and solution-oriented ability to think, curiosity and a high willingness to learn
Leadership competence, communicative and social competence, business fluent and very good knowledge of English
