QA Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a QA Engineer with hands-on experience in testing web and mobile applications for B2B SaaS products. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, has a strong understanding of QA processes, automation frameworks, and can work closely with developers and product managers to deliver high-quality software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases for web and mobile SaaS applications.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and designers to understand features, workflows, and business requirements.
• Identify, report, and track bugs, and verify fixes in a timely manner.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Postman, or equivalent.
• Ensure software meets quality standards, performance benchmarks, and security guidelines.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Perform regression testing, functional testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
• Contribute to improving QA processes, testing strategies, and QA best practices across the team.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in QA for B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or web applications.
• Strong experience in manual testing and exposure to automation testing frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, TestNG, JUnit, etc.).
• Hands-on experience testing REST APIs, cloud-based applications, and microservices.
• Familiarity with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and Agile development processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team.
• Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner, or equivalent).
• Knowledge of security testing and compliance standards for enterprise applications.
• Familiarity with mobile testing (iOS/Android) and cross-browser testing.
• Experience with CI/CD integrated automated testing pipelines.
