QA Engineer

About The Role

• Executes on delivering testing solutions for routine projects
• Developing and maintaining automated test scripts to reduce repetitive manual testing.
• Knowledge & hands-on with Salesforce application testing, Conga systems, and Azure Devops test plans.
• Manage all Phases of testing (Functional, System, Integration, and User Acceptance) on a project
• Participate in internal defect triage calls.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology and working experience in an Agile environment is a must.
• Maintain and communicate QA metrics/related risks to QA lead and management.
• Perform and report on regression testing at regular intervals throughout a project.
• Responsible for creating detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured Test artifacts, including Test Plan, Test Execution Status Reports, and Defect Reports.

• Work closely with the engineers, product teams and cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and business to deliver the solution, identify and recommend ways to standardize configuration, and move towards a generic approach.
• Detects, highlights and tracks bugs
• Performs activities according to quality criteria.
• Delivers testing solutions for a single product and/or participates in complex projects.

About You

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as Quality Assurance with Salesforce platform.
• If any Automation experience is value add (preferably Playwright tool)
• Experience with Integration and API related testing.
• Salesforce certification is a big plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
