Role Description

As a QA Engineer Systems & Fintech , you will be responsible for ensuring the correctness, safety, and reliability of our trading platform. This role goes beyond traditional UI testing and requires a deep understanding of system architecture, data flows, and failure scenarios.

You will study architecture and flow documents, understand how different components interact (orders, wallets, balances, margin), and design test cases that validate system behavior under normal, edge, and failure conditions. You will work closely with product managers, backend engineers, and architects to identify risks early and prevent issues that could impact users or financial integrity.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys breaking complex systems, thinking in what can go wrong scenarios, and taking ownership of quality in money-critical platforms.

• Study architecture and system flow documents before testing
• Design test cases from system behavior , not just UI screens
• Test complex flows such as:
• Order lifecycle (submit, modify, cancel, match, settle)
• Wallet balance, holds, fees, PnL
• Margin, liquidation, partial fills
• Perform API-level and backend-focused testing
• Validate edge cases, retries, idempotency, and failure scenarios
• Work closely with Product, Backend, and Architecture teams
• Raise clear, high-quality bug reports with system impact

• 3+ years of experience in Manual / System QA
• Strong understanding of API testing (REST, async flows)
• Ability to read architecture diagrams and flow documents
• Experience testing stateful and data-critical systems
• Clear documentation and communication skills

• Experience in fintech, trading, payments, or wallets is a plus
• If not from fintech:
• Strong willingness to learn complex domains
• Comfortable with logic, numbers, and system flows

• Thinks in failure and risk scenarios
• Understands that bugs can cause financial loss
• Curious about how systems work internally
• Takes ownership of quality, not just task completion

• Office-based role
• Monday to Friday daily office presence required
• No hybrid or remote for now

• Build a real, production-grade trading system from the ground up
