QA Engineer / Software Tester

We are looking for a meticulous and strategic QA Engineer to join our core team at Kugelblitz (Graviton) . As we build and scale our Loan Management System (LMS), we need a tester who doesn't just "find bugs" but understands the financial implications of every line of code.

We're building a Loan Management System where a 0.01% error in logic can mean a massive financial discrepancy. We need a QA who thinks like a banker and tests like a hacker.

• Domain-Driven Testing: Quickly master the intricacies of loan lifecycles, interest calculations, and repayment schedules to ensure business logic is flawless.
• Strategy Development: Design, document, and execute comprehensive test strategies encompassing functional, regression, and integration testing.
• API & Backend Validation: Use tools like Postman to validate RESTful APIs and perform deep-dive data verification in MySQL .
• Collaboration: Work closely with the engineering team to identify edge cases in distributed systems and cloud-native architectures.
• Automation Framework Development: Design and maintain scalable automation frameworks for both Web and API layers (using Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress).
• Regression & CI/CD : Integrate automated test suites into our CI/CD pipelines to ensure rapid, high-confidence releases.
• Domain-Driven Testing : Translate complex loan lifecycles (interest accruals, repayment schedules, NPA classification) into automated test scripts.
• Performance & Load Testing: Identify bottlenecks in the application, ensuring the system can handle concurrent loan processing loads.

• Fintech Affinity: Prior experience in fintech, banking, or lending is a massive plus, but the ability to learn complex financial domains quickly is a must.
• Testing Mastery: Deep knowledge of software testing life cycles (STLC), bug tracking, and risk-based testing strategies.
• Technical Stack: * Strong proficiency in API Testing (Postman/RestAssured).
• Solid understanding of SQL (complex queries and data integrity checks).
• Coding Proficiency : Strong experience in Java, JavaScript, or Python for test automation.
• Tools : Hands-on experience with Selenium or Playwright, and Postman/Newman for API automation.
• Strategic Thinking: Knowledge of when to automate and when to stick to manual exploratory testing for complex financial edge cases.
