Job Description:

We are hiring a QA Engineer with deep hands-on experience in Risk Management Systems (RMS) and trading-domain applications . The candidate must demonstrate strong analytical capability, attention to detail, and effective decision-making under pressure. Leadership ability and domain understanding are critical for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform functional, integration, and regression testing for RMS and trading modules
• Validate risk checks, margin calculations, exposure limits, and order validations
• Prepare detailed test plans and test scenarios
• Document defects with clear reproducible steps and collaborate with developers for resolution
• Support production issues by performing root cause analysis
• Lead QA efforts for RMS-related enhancements or projects

Required Skills:

• Strong practical experience in the RMS area of stock market domain
• Knowledge of order lifecycle, trading systems, and exchange workflows
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lead and perform effectively in high-pressure situations

Good to Have:

• Technical exposure such as SQL queries, API testing, automation tools, scripting, etc.
