QA Engineer

Role Summary

We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented QA Engineer to work closely with our development team and ensure quality is built into the product from the start. This role focuses on early defect detection, continuous testing, and maintaining release readiness in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, design, write, and execute manual and automated test cases and test scripts.
• Perform functional, regression, API, and basic performance testing to ensure product quality.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts using Selenium, JUnit/TestNG, Rest Assured, Pytest, Appium, and Cucumber.
• Conduct API and load testing using Postman, Apache JMeter, and LoadRunner.
• Identify, log, track, and verify defects using bug-tracking tools such as Jira or Bugzilla.
• Collaborate with developers and product teams in an Agile Scrum environment and support CI/CD testing activities.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in Manual and Automation Testing.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, Rest Assured, Pytest, Appium, and Cucumber.
• Experience with API and load testing tools such as Postman, Apache JMeter, and LoadRunner.
• Proficiency in Java / Python / JavaScript.
• Knowledge of CI/CD practices and Agile Scrum methodologies.
• Good analytical, communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
