Job Title: Backend Automation Engineer (AI / LLM Focus)

About the Role

We are looking for a Backend-focused Automation Engineer with strong experience in automation frameworks, API testing, and AI/LLM-driven systems . This role requires someone who understands system behavior deeply, can design robust automated solutions, and is comfortable working in complex backend environments.

What Youll Do

• Own quality for AI / LLM-powered features across releases
• Test LLM outputs for accuracy, relevance, consistency, and edge cases
• Validate prompt-based workflows and basic multi-step flows
• Test APIs, backend services, and end-to-end user journeys
• Perform regression, exploratory, and release testing
• Collaborate closely with engineering and product to improve reliability
• Write clear, actionable bug reports with examples and expected behavior

What Were Looking For

• 36 years of QA experience in web or backend systems
• Exposure to AI/LLM-based products (hands-on or adjacent experience)
• Experience with API testing (Postman, REST clients)
• Understanding of prompt behavior and non-deterministic outputs
• Strong grasp of testing fundamentals and quality mindset
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment

Nice to Have (Not Mandatory)

• Light exposure to agentic or multi-step workflows
• Basic automation experience (Java, Python, Playwright, Cypress, PyTest, etc.)
• Familiarity with data-heavy or analytics products
