Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Software Quality Engineer with strong experience in Sonic Host, Radixx Res and proven expertise in both manual and automation testing. The role involves defining QA strategies, designing and executing test plans, and ensuring delivery quality in complex check-in solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with, testing methodologies, and automation frameworks, and will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute QA strategy, test plans, and test cases for hotel distribution APIs in XML and Json applications.
• Perform both Automation and manual testing for functional, regression, and integration scenarios.
• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and test cases along with defect tracking
• Build, maintain, and optimize automated test scripts/frameworks (Selenium, Groovy scripts)
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Proficiency in automation testing frameworks (Selenium).
• Experience in API testing (Postman, SOAP UI, Bruno).
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins).
• Conduct API and service-level testing using tools like SoapUI.
• Identify, track, and report defects effectively, ensuring timely resolution.
• Support testing across multiple environments (INT, CERT,PROD) and ensure release readiness.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in QA processes and automation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in QA testing (manual and automation).
• Experience in hotel distribution APIs in XML and Json applications.
• Hands-on in designing test cases, scenarios, and test data for complex Hotel system
• Experience in API testing (Postman, SOAP UI, Bruno).
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins).
• Experience in defect tracking and test management tools (e.g., JIRA, Rally).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in Agile/Scrum methodology and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
