QA Automation Engineer

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented QA Automation Engineer with around 2 years of hands-on experience in automation testing using Selenium and/or Playwright. The ideal candidate is a strong team player with a solid understanding of QA methodologies, automation frameworks, DevOps basics, and a passion for delivering high quality software.

Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using Selenium, Playwright, or similar frameworks.

Collaborate with developers, product owners, and DevOps teams to understand requirements and test scenarios.

Participate in sprint activities, including story reviews, test planning, and defect triage.

Perform functional, regression, smoke, and integration testing for web applications.

Contribute to building and enhancing automation frameworks and test suites.

Identify, document, and track defects using standard tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).

Work with CI/CD pipelines to integrate automated tests (nice to have).

Ensure testing best practices, coding standards, and quality guidelines are followed.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

2 years of hands-on experience in QA automation, specifically with Selenium and/or Playwright.
