We are looking for a seasoned Automation Architect with 12+ years of experience and a proven track record of delivering global, customer-facing digital products at scale. The ideal candidate will be hands-on with advanced test automation practices and frameworks, possess deep technical knowledge, and lead quality engineering initiatives. You will play a strategic role in shaping the test automation vision, driving innovation, and ensuring product excellence through robust quality practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect, design, and implement scalable and maintainable test automation frameworks across web, API, and forms.
• Lead QA strategy and execution for large-scale, customer-facing applications ensuring high performance, security, and reliability.
• Provide hands-on leadership in Selenium automation using C# and SpecFlow BDD framework.
• Develop and maintain API test automation using C# with RestSharp.
• Design and implement Configuration-based Test Automation Frameworks.
• Drive automation for Web UI, API, PDF forms, and database validation leveraging tools like Postman, SQL Server, and custom C# tools.
• Innovate and build internal tools, accelerators, and reusable assets using C# to improve QA productivity and test coverage.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across geographies to align automation strategies with business and technology objectives.
• Integrate automation suites into CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
• Lead performance testing, regression testing, and database testing efforts as needed.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to QA team members and promote best practices in test design and automation.
• Engage with no-code/low-code platforms to extend automation strategies.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve test coverage, execution speed, and product quality.
