Job Description :

• Designation: Asst. Manager
• Department: QA
• Location: Gandhinagar, Gujarat (Headquarters On-Site)
• Eligibility (Educational Qualification): Mechanical / Production / Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering

Key Responsibilities

Manufacturing Quality Control

• Ensure quality control during fabrication, machining, assembly, and machine integration processes.
• Monitor in-process inspections and final machine quality checks.
• Ensure machines meet defined technical specifications and quality standards.

Incoming & Vendor Quality

• Oversee incoming inspection of raw materials, bought-out parts, and components.
• Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure vendor quality compliance.
• Conduct vendor audits and supplier quality evaluations.

Process & Product Quality

• Implement quality assurance processes to improve manufacturing efficiency and product reliability.
• Analyze production quality data and identify areas for improvement.

Documentation & Quality Systems

• Maintain inspection reports, quality records, and documentation.
• Ensure proper documentation for quality standards and testing procedures.

Non-Conformance & Corrective Actions

• Investigate quality issues, product defects, and non-conformities.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

Final Machine Inspection

• Ensure final machine testing, functional checks, and performance validation before dispatch.
• Work closely with production, design, and service teams to resolve quality concerns.

Continuous Improvement

• Support initiatives for process improvements, quality enhancement, and cost reduction.
• Implement best practices in manufacturing quality control.

Team Leadership

• Supervise and guide QA inspectors and quality team members.
• Provide training on inspection methods, quality standards, and documentation.
