QA Analyst

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a QA Analyst, located in the Greater Kolkata Area. The QA Analyst will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of software products through rigorous quality assurance processes. Day-to-day tasks include creating and executing test cases, troubleshooting and documenting bugs, performing manual testing, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with quality standards. The role requires a detail-oriented individual to ensure that products meet client expectations and deliver seamless performance.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to identify, analyze, and resolve issues effectively
• Expertise in Quality Assurance and Quality Control methodologies
• Proficiency in Manual Testing and creating detailed Test Cases
• Attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle and best practices is a plus
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a relevant field
