Role Overview

We are looking for a Python Technical Lead with strong expertise in AWS and Glue to lead development and integration efforts for large-scale data and application projects. The candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing Python-based solutions in a cloud environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of Python-based applications and data pipelines.
• Work extensively with AWS services, including Glue, for ETL and data integration.
• Collaborate with architects and business stakeholders to deliver scalable and secure solutions.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
• Mentor and guide junior developers in Python and AWS technologies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the development lifecycle.

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in Python programming.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services, especially Glue.
• Knowledge of ETL processes, data integration, and data transformation.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and cloud security principles.
• Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills.

Good to Have

• Experience with Pandas, NumPy, and other Python libraries for data processing.
• Exposure to serverless architectures and Lambda functions.
• Knowledge of data warehousing and analytics solutions.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelors or masters degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
