Role Overview:

We are seeking a Technical Architect (Python/AWS) to lead backend architecture and development of scalable, secure, and high-performance microservices-based systems. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on skills in Python (Flask), AWS (Lambda, Redshift, Glue, S3), RDBMS optimization, and CI/CD automation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and lead backend systems for scalability and uptime.
• Build and maintain microservices & REST APIs with Flask.
• Design optimized RDBMS/SQL databases (PostgreSQL, Aurora).
• Manage production-grade AWS deployments (Lambda, Glue, Redshift, S3).
• Drive CI/CD using GitHub Actions, Docker, Terraform, Kubernetes.
• Mentor and lead developers, enforce coding standards and reviews.
• Implement logging, monitoring (CloudWatch, Prometheus, ELK).
• Align development with business goals and estimation accuracy.
• Ensure security, compliance, and performance optimization.

Must-Have Skills:

• Python (Flask), Celery
• AWS Services: Lambda, Glue, Redshift, S3
• Microservices & API Gateway, distributed systems
• SQL Alchemy, PostgreSQL, performance tuning
• CI/CD: GitHub Actions, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform
• Monitoring: ELK, CloudWatch, Prometheus
• Agile/Scrum and excellent communication

Mandatory Experience:

• Background in high-scale product companies with focus on uptime and defect prevention
• Deep exposure to US Healthcare domain is a plus
• Experience in leading and mentoring distributed engineering teams
