Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Python & SQL Developer with strong experience in backend development and data handling, along with hands-on exposure to Java-based testing and automation. The candidate will contribute to building scalable applications, writing efficient database queries, and ensuring software quality through robust testing practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and optimize backend applications using Python
• Design and write efficient, complex queries using SQL
• Perform data analysis, validation, and database performance tuning
• Contribute to test automation using Java-based frameworks
• Write and execute unit, integration, and automation tests
• Identify, debug, and resolve defects using logs, metrics, and code analysis
• Participate in defect triage and root cause analysis
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, QA, product managers)
• Ensure code quality, scalability, and performance best practices
• Work in Linux/Unix environments for development and testing

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in software development
• Strong programming skills in Python
• Advanced knowledge of SQL (joins, indexing, query optimization)
• Hands-on experience with Java for testing/automation
• Experience with:
• Unit testing frameworks
• Integration testing
• Automation tools/frameworks
• Strong debugging and analytical skills
• Experience in defect tracking and triaging issues
