Python Senior Technical Lead

The Senior Technical Lead is responsible for technical ownership and leadership of the data platform. This role defines architecture, guides implementation, and ensures scalability, performance, and reliability of Python-based data solutions deployed on cloud-native infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

1. Own end-to-end technical design of data platform solutions.
2. Define standards and best practices for Python development.
3. Design orchestration and data pipelines using Prefect and DBT .
4. Architect data storage and processing using Delta Lake .
5. Define distributed query patterns using Trino .
6. Design secure and scalable storage using Azure Storage Accounts .
7. Lead Kubernetes-based deployment and runtime strategies.
8. Ensure optimal usage of PostgreSQL and SQL standards.
9. Mentor teams and review architecture and code.
10. Collaborate with architects, DevOps, and stakeholders.

Required Skills

1. Strong hands-on and leadership experience in Python (primary skill).
2. Deep expertise in Prefect , DBT , and data orchestration.

Total Experience Expected: 08-10 years

Qualifications:

• Bachelor in Engineering/ Computer Science
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Azure Storage Account, Delta Lake, Trino, Kubernetes, Postgres
• Python (Prefect, DBT), SQL
