Python (Fullstack) Lead

Were looking for a hands-on Python Lead Engineer with a strong focus on building user interfaces and frontend experiences using Python. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating interactive dashboards, internal tools, and user-facing UIs without relying heavily on JavaScript frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of Python-based user interfaces
• Build interactive dashboards, tools, and applications for internal and external users
• Own UI architecture, state management, and layout design
• Translate product and business needs into usable, responsive interfaces
• Review code, mentor developers, and establish frontend/UI best practices in Python
• Collaborate closely with backend, data, and ML teams
• Drive technical decisions around Python UI frameworks and tooling

Experience building UIs using:

• Django templates / Jinja2
• Flask with HTML/CSS templating

UI & Frontend Concepts

• Hands-on experience with:
• UI components, widgets, and forms
• User interaction and input handling
• State management and session state
• Layouts and responsive design
