About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced Infrastructure Engineer (Python Full-Stack Developer) to join our technology team in a mission-critical financial environment. This role is ideal for someone who has a proven track record of designing, developing, testing, reliable and scalable applications in regulated industries such as banking or financial services .

As a Senior Python Full-Stack Developer, you will be responsible for ensuring the availability, performance, and resilience of our applications. Youll collaborate with engineering and infrastructure to build systems that are user friendly, secure, and automated , while championing a culture of operational excellence .

Key Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain highly available and fault-tolerant systems in a financial environment.

Provide infrastructure services that are easy to consume and efficient to operate, making effective use of cloud capabilities (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS ).

Apply a broad range of engineering practices, from analyzing requirements and developing new features to automated testing, deployment, and operations .

Ensure the quality , security , reliability , and compliance of solutions by applying our digital principles and implementing both functional and non-functional requirements

Build observability into our solutions, monitor production health, help to resolve incidents, and remediate the root cause of risks and issues .

Learn new technologies and practices , reuse strategic platforms and standards, evaluate options, and make decisions with long-term sustainability in mind.

Work in an agile way as part of multi-disciplinary teams, participate in agile ceremonies, and collaborate with engineers, product managers, designers, and others.

Understand, represent, and advocate for client needs.

Share knowledge and expertise with colleagues, help with hiring, and contribute regularly to our engineering culture and internal communities.

Essential Experience & Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in Development and automation (e.g., Python).
• Strong hands-on experience in Web UI development (e.g., HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and Angular).
• Strong hands-on experience in writing efficient SQL and work on relational databases like PostgreSQL / Azure SQL / Oracle, Transaction Management and Stored Procedure implementation.
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as code tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).
• Strong working knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g. Azure), operating systems (e.g. Linux RHEL7+, Windows 2019+), and networking fundamentals .
• Strong working knowledge of authentication services (e.g. LDAP, Azure AD).
• Proven expertise in Infrastructure Engineering , with a background in software engineering, infrastructure, or operations .
• Calm under pressure , especially during incidents and outages, with a structured approach to incident response and post-mortems.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills , with the ability to work across engineering and business teams.
• A proactive, ownership-driven attitude , always seeking opportunities to improve systems and processes.
