Python Developer(with Gen AI)

Job Description

We are looking for Senior Python Developers with strong GenAI experience to work on advanced automotive-focused AI solutions involving 3D data, CAD models, and Blender-based workflows . The role requires building intelligent systems that leverage Generative AI for design automation, simulation, visualization, and optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop Python-based GenAI solutions for automotive applications
• Work with LLMs, embeddings, and generative models for automation and intelligence
• Integrate Blender and CAD data into AI-driven workflows
• Develop pipelines for 3D model processing, rendering, and optimization
• Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, and automotive domain experts
• Build APIs and services to expose AI/ML capabilities
• Optimize performance for large-scale data and compute-intensive workloads
• Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical mentoring

Required Skills

Core Programming & Engineering

• Strong proficiency in Python (6+ years)
• Experience building scalable backend systems and APIs
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

Generative AI & ML

• Hands-on experience with Generative AI / LLMs (OpenAI, open-source models, etc.)
• Experience with prompt engineering, embeddings, and RAG pipelines
• Familiarity with ML frameworks (PyTorch / TensorFlow preferred)
• Experience deploying AI models into production environments

Blender / CAD / 3D (Automotive Focus)

• Hands-on experience with Blender (Python scripting)
• Experience working with CAD formats (STEP, IGES, STL, FBX, OBJ, etc.)
• Understanding of 3D geometry, meshes, and rendering pipelines
• Exposure to automotive design, simulation, or visualization workflows

Nice to Have

• Experience with computer vision or 3D AI
• Knowledge of automotive standards and design processes
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD
• Experience with simulation tools or digital twin concepts

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 6+ years of strong Python development experience
• Hands-on with GenAI in real-world production use cases
• Comfortable working with 3D/CAD data and Blender scripting
• Experience in automotive, manufacturing, or industrial domains
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
