Job Title: Python developer with Python, AI ML, Data Science

Experience: 6-10 Years

A Senior Python Developer with 6 to 10 years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, and Data Science is expected to lead the design and deployment of scalable, production-grade AI solutions. At this level, the role shifts from individual coding to high-level architecture, mentorship, and aligning technical outputs with strategic business goals.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Python AI/ML & Data Science Developer with 610 years of professional experience. You will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of machine learning models, from exploratory data analysis to production deployment and monitoring. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of statistical modeling and a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in building data-driven products.

Core Responsibilities

• AI/ML Model Development: Design, develop, and implement advanced machine learning and deep learning models for classification, regression, and clustering.
• Data Science & Engineering: Perform complex data preprocessing, cleaning, and feature engineering on large-scale datasets. Build robust data pipelines to support model training and evaluation.
• System Architecture: Architect and maintain scalable backend services and microservices using Python to integrate AI models into production environments.
• MLOps & Deployment: Deploy models into production using containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and manage model performance using MLOps tools like MLflow or SageMaker.
• Technical Leadership: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers and data scientists. Champion best practices in coding, security, and data ethics.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate complex business requirements into technical solutions and present actionable insights to non-technical partners.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Experience: 610 years in Python development focused on AI/ML and data science projects.
• Core Python: Advanced proficiency in Python 3.x, including asynchronous programming, OOP, and multi-process architecture.
• AI/ML Frameworks: Expertise in Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras. Experience with LLMs and generative AI is highly preferred.
• Data Libraries: Proficiency with NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib, and Seaborn.
• Backend & APIs: Strong experience with FastAPI or Flask for building and deploying ML APIs.
• Data Management: Expert knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Azure Cosmos DB).
• Cloud Platforms: Hands-on experience with AWS (Sagemaker), Azure (Azure ML), or Google Cloud (Vertex AI).
• DevOps/MLOps: Proficiency in Git, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes.

Minimum Qualification:

15 years of full-time education
