• Job Objective: The primary objective of the Tech Lead is to provide technical leadership, architectural guidance, and hands-on development expertise to a team of backend developers. The incumbent will be responsible for defining the technical roadmap, ensuring the successful execution of complex government projects, and upholding the highest standards of code quality, performance, and security. You'll act as a key liaison between project managers and the development team, translating strategic goals into actionable technical plans.
