About the Role

We are seeking a Tech Lead with strong Python Full Stack expertise to drive the design, development, and implementation of scalable AI-powered SaaS solutions . The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience leading small teams, architecting cloud-based products, and integrating AI models into production-grade applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end development of AI-driven SaaS products using modern full-stack technologies.
• Architect, design, and maintain scalable backend systems using Python (Django / Flask / FastAPI) .
• Build and optimize responsive front-end interfaces using React / Angular / Vue.js .
• Collaborate with AI/ML teams to integrate models, APIs, and data pipelines.
• Manage code quality, reviews, deployment pipelines, and version control.
• Provide technical leadership, mentor developers, and ensure best coding practices.
• Work closely with product and design teams to translate business requirements into technical deliverables.
• Ensure application performance, security, and scalability across cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure).

Technical Skills

• Programming: Python (Django / Flask / FastAPI), JavaScript (React / Angular / Vue)
• Database: PostgreSQL / MySQL / MongoDB / Redis
• Cloud & DevOps: AWS / GCP / Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD (Jenkins / GitHub Actions)
• AI Integration: Knowledge of APIs, model deployment, OpenAI/LLM integrations preferred
• Version Control: Git, GitHub / GitLab
• Other Tools: REST APIs, GraphQL, WebSockets, Microservices architecture

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AI or ML-based SaaS products .
• Exposure to data processing, NLP, or predictive analytics .
• Strong problem-solving and leadership abilities.
