Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Python Developer with 35 years of hands-on experience to join our engineering team and contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of scalable, high-quality software solutions. This role is suited for someone who writes clean, maintainable code, understands backend systems deeply, and can translate business requirements into reliable technical implementations.

You will work closely with product managers, frontend developers, and other engineers to build robust applications and services that are production-ready and performant.

Key Responsibilities Backend Development

Design, develop, and maintain backend applications and services using Python.

Build RESTful APIs using frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.

Implement business logic, data processing workflows, and third-party integrations.

Ensure high code quality through clean architecture and best practices.

Key Responsibilities Technical Implementation

Write clean, efficient, and testable Python code.

Work with relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).

Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.

Implement unit and integration tests and participate in code reviews.

Use Git and CI/CD pipelines for version control and deployment.

Key Responsibilities Analysis & Collaboration

Analyze requirements and propose effective technical solutions.

Debug and resolve production and development issues.

Refactor legacy code for maintainability and performance.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to architectural discussions.

Required Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.

35 years of professional Python development experience.

Strong knowledge of Django, Flask, or FastAPI.

Solid understanding of REST APIs, databases, and data modeling.

Experience with Linux environments and Git workflows.

Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Nice to Have

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.

Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Basic understanding of frontend technologies.
