Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Python Developer to join our dynamic team at Infopark, Cochin. The ideal candidate will have 26 years of hands-on experience in Python development and a strong grasp of software engineering principles. You will be responsible for building, maintaining, and optimising scalable Python applications while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Responsibilities

• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices
• . Design, develop, test, and deploy Python-based applications as per project requirements.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and fellow developers to define technical requirements and deliverables
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues to ensure performance and reliability
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving coding standards and practices
• Stay updated with the latest tools, technologies, and trends in software development
• Continuously work on optimising performance and enhancing user experience

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
• 2 - 6 years of experience in Python development
• Proficient in Python and popular frameworks such as Django, Flask or Fast API
• Solid experience with relational databases like MySQL or PostgreSQL, and strong SQL skills
• Good understanding of software design principles and development methodologies
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a collaborative environment
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, managing multiple priorities.
