We support the full lifecycle of AI initiatives across Finance, HR, Supply Chain, Logistics, Manufacturing, and Operations, while owning technical delivery, quality, and risk controls.

Role Summary

As a Senior Python Developer, you will design and build robust backend services and AI-enabled applications that support enterprise workflows across multiple business domains. You will play a key role in turning AI and data use cases into scalable, maintainable production systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop backend services and APIs using Python
• Integrate AI and data components into business applications
• Contribute to end-to-end delivery from PoC to production
• Ensure code quality, reliability, and maintainability
• Collaborate with data scientists, frontend developers, and architects
• Support maintenance, improvements, and upgrades of existing solutions

Required Skills & Experience

Technical Skills

• Strong experience with Python in production environments
• Experience building RESTful APIs (e.g. FastAPI, Flask, Django)
• Solid understanding of software engineering principles (clean code, design patterns, testing)
• Experience with databases
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and CI/CD pipelines

Professional Experience

• Min 6 years of experience as a Python Developer or Software Engineer
• Proven experience working on complex, business-critical systems
• Experience in cross-functional teams with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Comfortable working across multiple projects and domains

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI or data-driven applications is a strong plus
• Familiarity with cloud (Azure, and/or AWS)
• Experience in enterprise or regulated environments

Academic Background and Qualifications

Bachelors or masters degree in computer science, Engineering, (BE / ME Computer Science, Computer Science or IT , MCA).
