Python Data Science Developer (AI / LLM / RAG)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled Python Data Science Developer with 45 years of hands-on experience in building AI-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Python libraries, APIs, OCR systems, LLM/SLM implementations, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.

The role requires strong exposure to microservices, CI/CD pipelines, and Kubernetes-based deployments, enabling scalable and production-ready AI systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Science & Python Development Design, develop, and optimize Python-based data science and AI solutions. Work extensively with NumPy, Pandas, SciPy, Scikit-learn, and related libraries. Build and maintain RESTful APIs for data and AI services. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented Python code
• AI, LLM & OCR Development Develop and deploy OCR solutions using tools such as Tesseract, OpenCV, PaddleOCR , AWS Textract, or equivalent. Implement LLM/SLM-based AI use cases including Natural language understanding, Text classification and summarization, Document intelligence.
• Integrate LLMs via OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, OCI GenAI, or open-source models (LLaMA, Mistral, etc.)
• RAG & MCP Architecture; Design and implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines. Work with vector databases (MongoDB atlas etc.). Understand and implement Model Context Protocol (MCP) concepts for context orchestration. Optimize embeddings, retrieval strategies, and prompt engineering.
• Cloud, CI/CD & Microservices; Build AI services using microservices architecture
• Deploy and manage applications in Kubernetes environments. Work in CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, etc.). Containerize applications using Docker Collaborate closely with DevOps teams for scalable deployments.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelors or masters degree in computer science, Data Science, AI, or related field .
